200g eye of rump with chips

BURGER
Wagyu and grass-fed Angus patty, milk bun,
roasted garlic aïoli, lettuce, red cheddar,
caramelised onion, pickle, fresh dill and chips

BRISKET SANDWICH
8-hours sous-vide and 4 hours smoked
with tomato, mustard mayo and chips

PLOUGHMAN’S PLATTER
brie cheese, pickled vegetables, olives,
porchetta, saucisson sec, Dust Bakery bread

WARM LAMB SALAD
slowed cooked lamb shoulder

FISH AND CHIPS
battered and served with crushed peas and tartare sauce
