Treat your someone special to a romantic lunch or dinner at Butcher and the Farmer Tramsheds with a 3 course menu curated by Food Manager Steve Flood.

Char-Grilled Chicken Breast romesco, asparagus, pesto, herb pangrattato

Pork Belly carrot, fennel and parsley salad, honey mustard oil

Rump 280g spiced butter basting, fries 

Roasted Eggplant citrus yoghurt, herbs, feta, dukkah, spiced butter, pomegranate

Brocollini sweet tahini, barley, almonds
Buttered Mash Iparsley, scallions
Farmer’s Salad mesclun leaves, cucumber, fennel, herb dressing, aged Parmesan
