Our menu is curated by the talented Will & Steve with an overall food dining experience that’s built on the concept of SHARING.
The food we serve in our restaurant is simple, honest and delicious with all ingredients sourced with care. Seasonality is what drives and inspires the menu, consisting of what is available at the time. We source directly from farmers and providores, knowing how they grow and prepare foods.
A new chapter at Butcher and the Farmer welcomes Will & Steve, our lead chefs.
The collaboration between Will & Steve and Butcher and the Farmer was an organic development.
Will & Steve identified an opportunity to realise their aspiration to become restaurant operators, and progress on from being ‘home cooks’.
They have curated a completely new menu from scratch to fit perfectly with the Butcher and the Farmer’s philosophy. “We want to encourage diners to enjoy the new dishes that are designed to share. We invite our customers to experience a number of smaller dishes that are wholesome, moreish and layered with well thought out flavours and textures.”
Will and Steve, known as ‘The Gourmet Pommies’ to the nation and have continued to pursue a career in food, lifestyle and media.
