Alcoholic Beverages

Much like our meals, the cocktails on Butcher and the Farmer’s beverages list is comprised of many classic flavours fused with inspiring touches for something memorable. For example, try our Lemon Ginger Mojito, which includes the usual white rum, lime, and mint ingredients, but are switched with a dash of lemon sherbet and ginger.

Our beer range includes lagers, pale ales, and more, both on tap and bottled, and our ciders add a refreshing and subtly sweet option perfect for hot days.

For the wine lovers, Butcher and the Farmer provides a wide variety of sparkling, white, rose, red, and even dessert wine. Many of these wines are sourced from top wine growing regions around Australia, with a smattering from places such as New Zealand, France, and Portugal.

Guests can also enjoy a full bar of spirits, and the skills of a trained bartender who can create bespoke cocktails on request.
